- Setting a target list price and a target sale price.
- Creating a custom marketing plan for your home.
- Includes tradition and online advertising
- Preparing your home/condo to list on MLS.
- Photos, 3d tour and/or floor plans
- Pre-inspection report (where necessary)
- Staging (where necessary)
- Tactful negotiations in order to deliver maximum sale price.
- After sale service.
