  1. Performing an in-depth Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) based the most recent data in your neighborhood.
  2. Setting a target list price and a target sale price.
  3. Creating a custom marketing plan for your home.
    1. Includes tradition and online advertising
  4. Preparing your home/condo to list on MLS.
    1. Photos, 3d tour and/or floor plans
    2. Pre-inspection report (where necessary)
    3. Staging (where necessary)
  5. Tactful negotiations in order to deliver maximum sale price.
  6. After sale service.
