Market Summary:

The Ottawa real estate market has continued to balance out. Days on market and active listings continue to slowly go up while prices for homes, townhomes and condos have been flat over the past few months.

Key Insights:

This is a great time for buyers that have been waiting on the sidelines. Bidding wars are almost non-existent save for the top 20% of properties. I am also seeing a lot more offers being accepted with inspection and financing conditions which is great news for buyers and the industry as a whole.

There is still strong demand for most properties. Sellers can expect most homes to sell in 2-4 weeks.
