Ottawa average sale prices for 2021 are well above 2020 and 2019 levels. This pop in prices was fueled by low mortgage rates and the work from home segment. It will be interesting to see how the spring market unfolds. Inventory levels are very low. However the number of transactions per month are higher than previous years.
